Business enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, company, selected service and message. You can also provide a phone number, timing and budget guidance. The form records the page and service context so we can respond appropriately.

We use this information to assess your request, contact you, arrange discovery and prepare a proposal where appropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and notifications

Enquiries are stored as private records in our WordPress administration system and sent to our business notification inbox. Authorized personnel and the hosting or email services involved in operating the website may process this information.

Website operation

Our form uses a security token, a spam-trap field and a short-lived rate-limit identifier derived from the network address. Hosting infrastructure may also record technical requests. The website loads typography from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to request files from that provider. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login.

Your information

Please avoid sending confidential client records or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, contact info@keyflow.co.ke.
